I am the third pastor in the history of LC3. In March of 2010, my life changed when the pastor of LC3 died suddenly. I stepped into his shoes and led the church until a pastor could be found. In October of that same year, I was named the senior pastor.
I am very passionate about reaching out to the community and being the Hands and Feet of Jesus Christ. I have served on the board of Coastal School Ministries, Fields of Faith and WinShape Camps in Murrells Inlet. I am also the baseball chaplain for St. James High School. Baseball is my favorite sport.
I come from a musical background where I performed across the United States with my family as a drummer and a singer. While in college, my resemblance to Garth Brooks sparked a career as a Garth Brooks tribute artist touring all over the world. I now use my likeness to the country music star as a ministry tool to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. In fact, my favorite verses from the bible are Matthew 28:19-20.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Ann for over 25 years, and have 3 awesome daughters, and 3 adorable grandchildren. When it’s warm outside, I love to be chillin’ on the waterway.
My wife Lauren and I started dating in 2015 and have been married since November of 2020. We do not have any kids, nor plans for them at the moment. I recently began to understand my calling into the ministry when I was 26. An influential tool God used in that calling is a Christian Hip-Hop artist-turned-pastor by the name of Trip Lee. In some of his music, Trip wrestles with the decision of how he can best be used by God to reach and love those around him.
Eventually, he is called to shift focus from his music ministry to the ministry of the local church. Likewise, I have wrestled with determining how I can best be used by God to reach and love those around me. For now, that vision involves me being on staff in this local church and pursuing knowledge via seminary. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunities God has given me, and I pray to accomplish all that He has called me to do.
My passion for youth ministry began as a result of a youth retreat experience called Chrysalis and since 1999, I’ve led retreats (and mission trips) where God has transformed many lives.
My hope is that through the ministries of Low Country Community Church, many (youth, children, and adults) will come to accept Jesus as their Savior and are encouraged to follow Him daily.
My wife, Katharine, and I met while attending Clemson University and have been married for twenty-three years. We have two daughters and a son, Sierra, Caroline, and Dakota.
I was raised in the Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach areas. My husband Timothy and I have 3 children – 1 girl, Aubrey, and 2 boys, Zachary, and Joshua. I attended college at
Charleston Southern University for Nursing and have worked in many different capacities as a nurse. But my heart has always been for children, family and ministry. I have served and worked in children’s ministry and church preschools for several years and am thankful that God opened the door for me to make children and ministry my main focus here at Low Country Community Church.
I was born and raised in Northeast PA. I have worked in the television industry for most of my life both in PA and SC. I earned an Emmy for an half hour sports production of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons triple A baseball team.
In 1996, I married my best friend Lee and moved to Murrells Inlet. We don’t have any children together. But my husband and are blessed with a rescue beagle named Lady. I started my own Video Production and Marketing Company after working at a local tv station here in Myrtle Beach.
I now use those God given talents to oversee our tech team and technical operations here at LC3 which includes video production, website and livestream. Coming from a football area in PA, my favorite teams are “We Are” Penn State and the Pittsburgh Steelers”.
I was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Murrells Inlet, SC in 2001. I married my best friend, Bill, in 2011 and since then, we have two children. Emilie is a Freshman at Newberry College and Austin is a senior in high school. My family and I are die-hard fans of Carolina Panthers Football and Duke Blue Devils Basketball.
I have been attending LC3 since 2012. I consider myself so blessed that God has chosen me to be a part of the staff here at Low Country Community Church.
I was born in western New York. After 2 years of college, I managed our family’s bar, restaurant and campground located in the 1000 Islands. Afterwards, I ran our family’s hardware store and auto supplies store. I then drove a handicap bus and worked maintenance at a local school. My family and I moved down here in 2002. My wife, Robin, and I have 3 children – Spencer, Joe and Jessica. I have four hobbies – my wife, my Harleys, collecting military and modern firearms and antique vehicles. I’m now retired and thankful for the opportunity to work part time here at LC3. All great people. I’ve been blessed.
I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but have lived in Myrtle Beach since 2006. That was the same year I married my husband Josh who is a firefighter with the City of Myrtle Beach. We have two kids – Caleb and Leah. We are a Disney and Universal loving family who love to go to the theme parks together multiple times a year!
In my free time I love to read (on average 50 books a year!), drink coffee, hangout with friends and plan my next Disney vacation! My family and I started attending LC3 in 2022 after being invited by friends to Trunk or Treat (Halloween is my favorite holiday!) I had been on staff with Kids Ministry at our previous church and wasn’t sure if it was something I was supposed to step back into. After attending LC3 for almost a year, I felt that yes God was calling me back into Kids Ministry and thankfully there was a place for me here as a Kids Ministry Assistant! I have had many different jobs and roles in my life including preschool teacher, bookseller, coffee barista and even Disney Cast Member.
However, I’ve always felt the call to serve and teach young children and their families about the love that Jesus has for them. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to do that her with my LC3 family!
